Are tickets available at the door?
No. Tickets are sold online only. We encourage you to buy tickets well in advance of your arrival to ensure you don't miss out, as all sessions eventually sell out. To secure your preferred session time, buy tickets while they are still available.
Do I need to print out my online tickets?
It is not necessary to print your tickets. Please load your online e-ticket on your phone for scanning, or present a hard-copy at entry.
My ticket is for one hour, can I stay longer?
Yes, once you are in the venue you can stay as long as you like (until it closes at 5pm!). The time on your ticket is your entry time. You must enter during the hour stated on your ticket. Most people take a couple of hours to see all of the displays. .
Do you accept other payment options?
If you are unable to pay by credit card then payment can be made by other methods (such as EFT). Please email [email protected] to enquire about the payment options available.
What happens if BRIXPO® is cancelled?
In the unlikely event that BRIXPO® is cancelled you will receive a refund. All ticket payments are held by our ticketing provider, Humanitix. They would provide a refund direct to your credit card in the event of a cancellation.
Can Companion Card holders still enter for free?
Yes, Companion Card holders can enter for free as a companion of a full price ticket holder. No ticket is required for the Companion Card holder. Please bring your Companion Card on the day to show the usher when you check in with the paid ticket.
From what age will children be charged entry to BRIXPO®?
Children’s tickets are for ages 3 to 14. Children aged 2 years and under are free. (Children must be supervised by an adult at all times.)
Can a family ticket be used for 1 adult and 3 children?

Will there be a quieter, sensory-friendly session?
Yes, there are quieter and less crowded sensory friendly BRIXPO® Sessions with entry between 9-10am on Saturday and Sunday. They can be booked here .
Is there food and drink at BRIXPO®?
Yes, our venue has a food kiosk selling a variety of cold drinks, snacks, coffee and hot food. There will also be wood-fired pizza, coffee, hot drinks and donuts offered by food trucks.
Is there wheelchair and pram access?

Can we touch the LEGO®?
Please look out for the Do Not Touch and Please Touch signs on the displays to let you know which displays are interactive and which are for viewing only. Some exhibits have taken weeks, months or even years to build!
There will also be a dedicated hands on interactive build zone so everyone can get involved!
Can I buy LEGO® at BRIXPO®?
Rare minifigures, sets, individual LEGO parts, LEGO-created jewellery and more available from our vendors. EFTPOS is the preferred payment method but some vendors also accept cash.
What is the Yellow BRIXPO® Road?
For just $6 you can pick up a Yellow BRIXPO® Road kit containing a passport and instructions, go to each of the locations to stamp your passport and then show your completed passport at the last station to collect the pieces to build this year's kit. Each Yellow BRIXPO Road station will have a great big yellow balloon, so look out for these if you're not sure where to go!
